1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Go Galaxy Airways website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after receiving full payment or the specified advance amount. Booking details including travel dates, number of travelers, and package selection are final once confirmed.

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise
• Full payment or advance payment is required to confirm booking
• Balance amount must be paid before the travel date
• Payment methods include UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Bank Transfer
• All transactions are secure and encrypted

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before travel date
• 50% refund for cancellations 3-7 days before travel
• No refund for cancellations within 3 days of travel
• No refund for no-shows
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
• Special packages may have different cancellation terms

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Go Galaxy Airways is not responsible for any losses due to medical emergencies, trip interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Liability

Go Galaxy Airways acts as a facilitator between travelers and service providers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our services. Travel documents (passport, visa) are the responsibility of the traveler.

7. Changes & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or services due to unforeseen circumstances. Any significant changes will be communicated to travelers in advance.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
