How to Request Refund
- Log in to your account and go to My Bookings
- Select the booking you wish to cancel
- Click on "Cancel Booking" and follow the prompts
- Refund will be processed to original payment method
- Processing time: 7-10 business days
Non-Refundable Items
- Visa processing fees
- Travel insurance premiums
- Flight tickets (airline policies apply)
- Non-refundable hotel bookings
- Service charges and convenience fees
Special Circumstances
In case of natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other force majeure events, we will work with you to provide alternative options including:
- Rescheduling to a later date
